Corrugated Folding Cartons

For larger folding cartons or where strength is important - only corrugated board will do! We can screen print directly to the board or litho onto folding board which then is laminated ot the corrugated.

Designs

There are literally thousands of designs for solid board folding cartons, ranging from the simple 0211 style – like a toothpaste tube carton – to elaborate multi-facetted styles. All are produced using a cutting forme (or die) rather like a large pastry cutter, which cuts out the basic shape from a piece of board (blank)which had very often been pre-printed.

Presentation Cartons

Made from thicker board and covered in the same papers that we use for our rigid gift boxes and presentation boxes, these are a great space-saving (& cost saving!) alternative.

We stock 21 sizes in 5 beautiful stock colours, can print on them and make them in bespoke sizes subject to low minimum quantities.

Print

We can supply cartons with full litho print either applied directly to the cartons or onto paper that is laminated onto the board. There are many additional features available for printing folding cartons – foil blocking, film laminating, UV varnishing.

Solid Board

Solid board folding cartons are predominantly used for point of sale – to enhance your product when it appears on a retailers shelf, to make it look more inviting to a potential purchaser and to give it some degree of protection.
